Ordering:

If order placed less than 14 days from event date, then payment in full is required within 24 hours from invoice issue date.

Payment must be made by bank transfer, credit card or via our website.

Cancellations:

 The moment an order is placed, we begin preparing your order, purchasing stock if needed and block out a time for preparation and delivery.  

Balloon orders that are cancelled with 72 hours of notice (prior to scheduled pickup/delivery) will be entitled to a 50% refund or 100% store credit towards a future balloon purchase. The store credit will have a one year expiration.

No refund will be given for orders cancelled less than 72 hours of notice (prior to scheduled pickup/delivery) of the booking date. 

How do I track my order?

Refunds:

Balloons are fragile. We use the highest quality latex and foil balloons available. Please take great care when transporting them. If you are concerned, please order extra balloons for your event if you are concerned about popping. Balloons that are damaged or destroyed in our care are replaced at our cost. We will not be held responsible for any costs incurred for balloons that have been damaged or destroyed during or after they are in your care or your venue’s care. We do not offer refunds on balloons.

Balloon care:

We recommend picking up your balloons 2 hours prior to your event. Please do not put balloons in a hot car or leave them in a parked hot car.

Damage of Equipment:

The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment for any reason whatsoever except loss or damage which is caused by reasonable wear and tear.

If damage or loss occurs while in the hirers care, full replacement costs will be charged. If damage or loss is inflicted the Owner reserves the right to invoice and collect from the Hirer the remaining balance required to replace damaged or lost items. 

If part of a set is damaged, stained or lost, the customer is responsible for the full replacement of that set.

All packaging materials are to be returned with the hired goods.

Balloon Float Times:

On average, our balloons float for the following amount of time. We do not guarantee this as a number of factors can reduce this number.

· Standard Size 28cm: 8-12hrs

· 46cm: up to 24hrs

· 60cm: up to 48hrs

· 90cm: up to 3 days

· Mylar/Foils: 3-5 days and up to 2 weeks

Adding hi-float to your balloons can increase float time by up to 2 to 3x.

Balloon safety:

We recommend that young children and pets are supervised around balloons at all times. Any popped balloons should be discarded immediately. Children and pets can get caught in the ribbons used to tie the balloons so please supervise them carefully.

 Helium is neither toxic nor flammable however breathing it is extremely dangerous. When inhaled it can result in asphyxiation (loss of consciousness and possibly death due to insufficient oxygen). Please never suck helium!

 It is illegal to release balloons into the sky and we will not sell helium balloons if we know they will be released outdoors. We are members of PEBA (Pro Environment Balloon Alliance) and we are committed to the responsible use and disposal of balloons. Although statistically balloons make up a very small proportion of marine debris and waste, we are committed to reducing any potential impact from balloon litter on wildlife.
